Ozone Hotel - Jeddah

I had a decent stay during my business trip. The hotel is in a prime location, close to some great restaurants and shopping spots, which made it super convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the comfortable bed that made for good sleep after long meetings.

My experience had its downsides. The carpet had a big stain, and the towel felt pretty old. There wasn’t an iron available, and my room wasn’t cleaned or stocked with fresh water and toiletries during my stay. I got woken up at 2:30 a.m. for some paperwork, which was quite annoying. it needs some serious improvements!

The Wheelchair Accessible room had an electric kettle, a fridge, and an oven upon arrival, and the bedrooms had old sofas.

The wheelchair accessible room with bedrooms and an old sofa worked well for me and the location in the Al Hamra area was marvelous!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with ample parking space. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and check-in was hassle-free. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. this hotel exceeded my expectations.
